Chef Du jour was founded in 2009, by Chef Pauly B, taking your dining dilemma and making it a dining event. Chef Pauly B is pleased to introduce a variety of services to accommodate everyone's needs, from dietary menu planning, weekly menus, elegant dinner parties, wine pairings, cocktail buffets, or an intimate occasion for two.
